Plate Substrate: Specifically designed for Southwest Aluminum’s 1052 alloy substrate, available in thicknesses of 0.15 mm, 0.20 mm, 0.24 mm, 0.30 mm, and 0.40 mm. Maximum Short-Side Dimension: 1350 mm. Photosensitive Wavelength: 800–830 nm. Exposure Energy: 120–130 mJ/cm². Development Temperature: 23–25°C. Development Time: 20–30 seconds. Safety Lighting: Safe to handle in daylight; safe operating time: 2–4 hours. Resolution: 1–99% at 200 lpi. Print Durability: For unburned plates using standard oil-based inks, 80,000–100,000 impressions; after baking, the yield increases several-fold. Note: Print durability varies depending on printing conditions and image content. Shelf Life: 24 months. Storage Conditions: Temperature: 10–30°C; humidity: 40%–60%. Store away from light, in a dry environment, sealed tightly, and stack no higher than 1.5 meters.
