This high-performance, positive-working CTCP plate is ideal for long-run commercial and newspaper printing using standard offset inks. Key features include exceptional development latitude, ease of use, excellent stability, and outstanding print run capability. It is compatible with all major CTCP plate setters on the market and can be used with Southwest Aluminum’s 1052 alloy plate base, available in thicknesses of 0.15 mm, 0.20 mm, 0.24 mm, 0.30 mm, and 0.40 mm, with a maximum short edge of 1,350 mm. Sensitivity range: 400–410 nm; recommended exposure energy: 50–60 mJ/cm²; optimal development temperature: 23–25°C; optimal development time: 20–30 seconds; safe-light exposure: yellow light. Resolution: 1–99% at 200 lpi. Standard unburned plate life: 80,000–100,000 impressions; after baking, print run capacity increases significantly. Note: Print run life varies depending on printing conditions and image content. Shelf life: 24 months. Storage conditions: temperature 10–25°C, relative humidity 40%–60%. Store away from light, protect from moisture, keep sealed, and stack no higher than 1.5 meters.
