In order to enhance the corporate image and competitiveness, since May 2022, our company has introduced the 6S management system, and all departments have carried out 6S construction actions around "SEIR、SEITON、SEISO、SEIKETSU、SHITSUKE、SECURITY". In order to ensure the efficient development of this 6S construction work, the company has set up a special construction supervision team, and on the basis of full investigation, formulated the "6S management system" and "6S management assessment and reward and punishment standards implementation measures", and established a sound implementation standard and reward and punishment system. After nearly a year of hard work by all cadres and employees, 6S Construction successfully passed the on-site acceptance on February 28, 2023.

     Chairman Liu Fengyou and the acceptance expert team jointly carried out the company's No. 4, No. 5 and No. 6 production lines, mechanical and electrical maintenance, packaging, packing, warehouse and other areas for comparative acceptance.

      Through the construction of 6S, the company's production environment has been renewed, and the daily work is convenient and efficient, realizing the construction effect of "shaping image, improving work style and boosting morale".

     The acceptance team fully affirmed the achievements of 6S construction in this stage, issued 6S construction awards to the project team, analyzed the existing shortcomings, and put forward normalized and long-term management goals.

      6S construction is the implementation process from surface to inside, from form to connotation, and is one of the management tools of modern enterprises. Comprehensively carry out 6S construction and create an innovative management model with construction as the starting point, which can first make the company beautiful, and then deepen the connotation, standardize the production quality and safety improvement. The construction of 6S not only strengthens the understanding of the majority of cadres and employees on the importance of 6S work, but also mobilizes the enthusiasm of all personnel to actively participate from me. In the next step, the company will further deepen the 6S assessment rules, clarify that the first person in charge is the 6S first person in charge system, improve the supervision system, achieve clear responsibilities, clear rewards and punishments, and make the construction achievements deep and detailed.
