On February 6th, as the Chinese New Year approached, Chongqing Huafeng held a grand New Year's celebration themed "Break and Establish" at the Howard Johnson Hotel in Tongliang, Chongqing. 239 Huafeng employees gathered to reflect on the extraordinary year of 2023. In this year, we forged ahead and weathered storms, reaping rewards. We remember 2023 and face the future with confidence.

Unity and Progress

Ms. Liu Siqi, the president of the group, delivered a New Year's speech. In 2023, our progress was solid. The group's turnover increased against the odds, surpassing annual targets. The sales team strengthened itself in the market's economic challenges, and the production department achieved 16 technological innovations, filed 2 new inventions, and continued the high-quality implementation of 6S standardization. The spirit of Huafeng, "More difficult, more valuable," added a bright touch to Huafeng manufacturing. "Difficulty" is something each of us will continuously face, but like a sword sharpened through grinding, or plum blossoms fragrant from bitter cold, we will face the challenges with fuller enthusiasm in the coming year.

2023 marks the 30th anniversary of Chongqing Huafeng Group. Three decades ago, guided by a determined leader, our beloved founder, Mr. Liu Fengyou, Chongqing Huafeng embarked on an entrepreneurial journey. He served as a steadfast helmsman, leading us courageously through the waves of time. After 30 years of hard work, we have evolved from a small team into a large family today. This 30-year development is not only the magnificent journey of the company but also the result of the collective efforts of every employee.

Special thanks to those "old" Huafeng employees with five, ten, fifteen, twenty, and twenty-five years of service. Four of them shared their growth stories with Huafeng at today's annual meeting, full of deep emotion. Through their old photos and stories, every Huafeng member felt the vibrant force within.

During this annual meeting, eight "Outstanding Employees", ten "Most Beautiful Huafeng People," one "Craftsman Spirit Award" winner, as well as the best production team and the best team were honored.
